Refund Policy

Canceling a subscription
You can cancel a paid DRESR subscription online from Settings. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, your paid features remain available through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Subscription charges
Monthly and annual subscription charges are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins. We do not normally provide prorated refunds solely because you did not use all of the service during a paid period.
Billing errors
If you believe a charge was duplicated, unauthorized, or processed in error, contact us promptly at support@mydresr.com. We will review the billing record and issue a correction or refund when appropriate.
Exceptions required by law
Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. If applicable law gives you greater rights than this policy, those rights apply.
Approved refunds
When DRESR approves a refund, it is returned through Stripe to the original payment method whenever possible. Your bank or card issuer controls how long it takes for the credit to appear after the refund is issued.
