Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. You must be 13 or older to use DRESR.
Acceptable use
Don't upload photos of other people without their consent, don't use the service to harass or impersonate, and don't attempt to bypass our usage limits or safety filters.
Your content
You retain all rights to the photos you upload. You grant DRESR a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the service (rendering try-ons, building your closet).
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically at the then-current plan price until canceled. Before checkout, DRESR shows the billing frequency and price. You can manage your payment method, invoices, plan and cancellation from Settings through Stripe. Canceling stops future renewals and paid access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period unless the law requires otherwise.
Shopify merchant billing
If you subscribe to a DRESR Retail merchant plan through the Shopify app, charges and plan approvals are processed through Shopify Billing and are shown for approval inside Shopify before the subscription begins. Shopify merchant plans are separate from consumer DRESR subscriptions billed through Stripe.
Shopify merchant data processing
By installing or enabling DRESR Retail, the merchant instructs DRESR to process the limited Shopify data necessary to provide the enabled app features, including virtual try-on, conversion attribution, analytics, billing, security, support, and privacy-compliance workflows. DRESR processes protected customer data only for those purposes, uses data-minimization and retention controls, does not sell protected customer data or use it for unrelated advertising, and maintains reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. The merchant remains responsible for its own notices, lawful basis, and configuration choices, while DRESR will honor applicable Shopify privacy requests and deletion obligations for data it processes on the merchant's behalf.
Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or where DRESR expressly agrees otherwise. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@mydresr.com promptly so we can review the charge.
Price changes
If we change the price of an automatically renewing paid plan, we will provide advance notice when required and the new price will apply no earlier than a future renewal.
AI output
Try-on images are AI-generated approximations and may not perfectly represent how a product will fit or look in real life. Use them as guidance, not as a guarantee.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion cancels any active DRESR subscription so it cannot renew, permanently removes your login, photos, renders, closet and looks, and is irreversible. A minimal record that the deletion occurred and billing or transaction records we must retain for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes may remain in minimised form.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
